Separate the budget into parts

Create headings for design, furniture, materials, delivery, installation, coordination and any specialist work. Mark each item as included, excluded or awaiting confirmation. A quote for furniture selection and one for a complete room transformation are different services.

Describe the decisions behind the number

The quantity of rooms, existing condition, retained furniture and chosen finishes all form part of the brief. Ask how each option changes the proposal. For a kitchen update, distinguish replacing visible finishes from changing the layout or installations.

Make changes visible

Ask how additional work and substitutions will be approved. Keep a dated record showing the original choice, replacement, price difference and any effect on timing. A shared decision list helps prevent the conversation from relying on scattered messages.

Ask for a project-specific proposal

Send photographs, location, approximate dimensions, target dates and a budget range. Ask whether taxes, transport and installation are included. AZORNOVA does not publish a universal cost per square metre here: a relevant proposal needs a defined scope.

Frequently asked questions

Can I get a price from one photo?

A photo can start a conversation, but it does not establish dimensions, hidden conditions or the full scope. Ask which details are needed for a meaningful proposal.

Should I compare only the final totals?

Compare the tasks, quantities, exclusions, payment stages and delivery assumptions as well as the total.
